Workmen had 625 diamond shaped panels to piece together when they started Wednesday. They hope to have the quilt-like job finished this coming Wednesday. As a row of panels is affixed around the perimeter of the dome, the roof is raised another notch by use of the tower.....The dome will top a building designed by Bailey, Bozalis, Dickinson and Roloff, Oklahoma City architects.
