Printed circular #19 from the governor to all citizens in Tamaulipas, concerning the salary of the secretary of the Tamaulipas Supreme Court. According to the circular, the importance and necessary training and ability of the position, demands that he receive the salary stipulated in Article 16, Chapter 1 of the Law of January 29, 1826.
