Interview with Frankie Rosita Holdsworth Hollar, a 99 year old Mexican woman who immigrated to Kerrville, Texas. Mrs. Hollar is almost 100 years old at the time of the interview. Her family were some of the early residents of Kerrville and Kerr County, and her younger sister, Mary, eventually married Mr. H. E. Butts (founder of HEB). One of the oldest surviving members of the community, she describes her education, her career as a teacher, and how the area has changed over the years.

Interview with Irene and Bill Womack, a couple from two well-known Kerr County families, from Kerrville, Texas. The couple discusses their ancestors, the Reals and the Womacks. They also talk about the local people and places they remember growing up in Kerrville. The interview transcript includes photos of Mr. and Mrs. Womack and their family, on pages 31-36.

Interview with Ammie Rose Hollar Garrett Salter, a retiree who has lived in Kerrville, Texas intermittently over the years. Mrs. Salter discusses visiting her grandparents in Kerrville, meeting her first husband, Julian "Joe" Garrett, a Canadian immigrant, her involvement with planes, her substitute teaching career, and her work with the Audubon Society.

Monk acknowledges the receipt of the letter from Carswell and submits his recommendation of W.R. Gilliam of Junction, Texas for the Membership Committee. He advises of the conflicting dates of the District Convention with the Executive Committee meeting and the resulting compromises.

Monk expresses his regret that the original letter with names for the committees got lost. He confirms a meeting, scheduled for that night, to be held to boost the lagging membership in Kerrville.
