A young Oklahoma City man and his pregnant wife were injured shortly after 8 a.m. Monday when their car was struck by a freight train on SE 83 between I.H. 35 and Easteren. J.C. Shoun, 19, of rout 12 and his wife, Ruby,21, were thrown from their car when it was clipped by the south-bound Santa Fe train. The couple was taken to University Hospital where a diagnosis still had not been made by noon."
