Promissory note created by the Charles Schreiner Bank for W. H. Bonnell acknowledging the arranged payment of $1,000 to Mrs. J. T. Brown "at the office of the Chas. Schreiner Bank."

Copy of a chattel mortgage agreement made between W. H. Bonnell and Charles Schreiner Bank in the amount of $3,200 owed to the bank by Bonnell. The document stipulates the debt be paid by the January 1, 1923; Bonnell is putting up his flock of goats, and sheep along with his stock of cattle as collateral to secure the payment of the debt.

Memorandum of contract between Mr. and Mrs. Bonnell, Mr. and Mrs. Dickey, and Mr. and Mrs. Liljegren of the first party, and Richard and R. W. Nowlin of the second. The members of the first party "agree to sell and convey unto Richard and R. W. Nowlin the following real estate situated in Kerr County, Texas" including 500 acres from the James E. Bettner survey; in return, Nowlin will pay "twenty four dollars per acre" with one fourth being in cash and the remainder in three promissory notes.

Land sale agreement made for the Bonnells, Dickeys, and Liljegrens for the sum of $10,752.80 to L. Roy Nowlin, "to be paid by L. Roy Nowlin with $3,584.26 cash, and "the following notes "one payable to Allie Bonnel, One note for $500.00 payable to Ethel B. Dickey and one note for $500.00 payable to Helen Bonnell Liljegren." The rest of the document contains information about the land that has been sold to Nowlin.

This receipt lists out separate documentation including patents, agreements, and abstracts as well as their costs; the total is printed at the bottom of the second page. Also included is the piece of receipt tape with the costs added up to reach the total printed in red.

Promissory Note from W. H. and Allie H. Bonnell to Charles Schreiner Bank in the amount of $3,000 with a ten percent interest rate per year until paid. The stamp printed on the note acknowledges that this note has been fully paid on February 6, 1929.

Agreement made between members of the Bonnell, Dickey, and Liljegren families regarding the rights and interests on the land owned by the deceased Charlotte Francis Bonnell in Kerr County. This agreement, made on June 17, 1921, divides the land into parts to be owned by each of the members of the family, after W. H. Bonnell "brought a suit in the District Court of Kerr County, Texas" due to his dissatisfaction with Charlotte's will.

Release deed of trust from Arthur Real to W. H. Bonnell and his wife, Allie H. Bonnell, acknowledging the fulfillment of a deed of trust created by the couple in August 1916. According to this deed, the promissory note was worth $1,000 and was due by August 1919, with 8% interest per annum; the last paragraph states that Arthur Real asserts the note had been fulfilled and he releases his claims to the property originally owned by the Bonnells.

Transfer of vendor's lien note from W. H. Bonnell to Miss May F. A. Huntoon; Bonnell sold the note to Huntoon for the sum of $2,000 to be paid "on or before 19th day of September, 1931." According to this document, this transfer is only for note No. 5, which is one of five given by J. R. Logsdon; this note was "in part payment for...800 acres of land out of Survey's Nos. 100 in the names of Geo. Smith..."
