Paul Parker: Half Irish, half Choctaw
Photograph of an elderly man sitting in a horse-drawn buggy. The man is identified as Paul Parker, of half-Irish, half-Choctaw Indian descent. He is wearing dress clothes including suit pants, a white shirt and tie, and a vest. He is holding the reins of 2 dark-colored horses. The buggy is on a dirt road with trees and brush alongside and the location is said to be Eagle Lake, Texas.
