Postscript by McMichael advises that a detainer filed against this subject by the Sheriff of Grayson County, Texas has been withdrawn making subject eligible for regular parole release on November 3, 1954. Attached is a letter written to Mr. R. N. McMichael, Placement Supervisor, Ohio Penitentiary from Richard H. Brooks, M. D., Medical Director, James Hospital dated August 26, 1954. Brooks advises McMichael that the medical records of Inmate No. 95040 have been reviewed and has retained the "No Occupational Restrictions" classification given shortly after arrival at the penitentiary.
