This home movie documents the daily lives and activities John Tincher and friends and members of the musical group "County Fair." The film begins with friends having fun in a parking lot and a sign at a venue that reads "New Blue Chip Club 'Jjedd - County Fair' Ladies Nite and Sunday Crossroads." The film continues with a Christmas parade in Dallas, including representatives of the Girl Scout Troop 213 (Westcliff District), Boy Scouts, and Tom Thumb Super Markets. A neon sign at the Ginger-Bred House in Fort Worth announces a performance by County Fair. The film continues with friends spending time in the mountains and snow, stopping at a Bi-Lo Supermarket, and taking their car through a car wash. Jim Rutledge of Blood Rock and other friends perform for the camera in front of venue, "The Fog." The film concludes with a festival or event in Robert E. Lee Park in Dallas with musicians, dancing, and children playing football.

This promotional film introduces the viewer to Denton, Texas and North Texas State University (NTSU). The film includes footage of students on campus, various university departments and organizations, and the recreational and leisure activities available to students in North Texas.
