Twenty-sixth Infantry Band now at Texas City

[1913 Texas Lutheran College Orchestra]

Postcard of the 1913 Texas Lutheran College Orchestra, grouped in two rows in front of a brick building. Seated along the bottom row is an oboist and four violinists; standing above are additional woodwind players and trumpeters. A man with mallets in his hand stands behind a large bass drum decorated with a banner reading "L.C." Names are written in blue pen around several of the players. This postcard was addressed to Mr. Peter Schuch in Fredericksberg, Texas, from Seguin, but the writer's text is faded and illegible.
