Davis advises of illnesses having prevented his travel to conference with Carswell but that he will travel as soon as he can before they launch their drive in February. The reverse side includes a list of names handwritten by [T. N. Carswell]; Capt. Robt. F. S. Barry, Sgt. James O. Stennett, Sgt. Arnold A. Nored, Actg. St. Sgt. Billie J. Hale.
