This booklet contains the complete [alphabetical] list of names included in the NAMES Project AIDS Memorial Quilt as of July 15, 1992. The four-digit number next to each name indicates the 12'x12' block in which the panel is grouped.

Video footage from the William Waybourn Papers. The introduction of the video is a montage of photographs and footage of John David Thomas, born June 20, 1947 and died January 20, 1999. The following footage is of the funeral service that was held at Cathedral of Hope in Dallas, Texas. The service was a "Rally for the integrity, dignity and rights of gay people and those living with AIDS and HIV" planned by Thomas in 1994.
