Interview with William "Jake" Wehrell, U.S. Marine Corps Veteran and Air America Pilot conducted for the Air America Oral History Project. This report discusses the March 18, 1970 coup in Cambodia by General Lon Nol which overthrew the government of Prince Norodom Sihanouk and subsequent fighting in Cambodia between Communist North Vietnamese troops and South Vietnamese troops which led to American intervention in the form of an attack on North Vietnamese bases in Cambodia in April and May of 1970.

From objectives and scope of work: The objective of this report is to provide a comprehensive review of the biology and population status of sea turtles potentially subject to entanglement in North Pacific high-seas driftnet fisheries. The report will assist National Marine Fisheries Service efforts to assess the impacts of the driftnet fisheries on threatened and endangered sea turtle populations.
