Performance of Lai Haraoba pena ballads and dance
Video of a festival featuring dance and pena performances. Elders are shown assembling the pena. Pena cholom is where a group of pena balladeers play together organized by ranks where the highest ranking balladeer plays first, and so on. The structure and components of the pena are described. Other instruments similar to the pena are shown, like tingteila of the Tangkhuls, and Laa of Kabui (Rongmei). The final segment includes a voice-over in English describing spirituality and symbolism of pena culture in Manipur, and the Lai Haraoba celebration.

Retelling of My Children's Food
Daniel Tholung of Thamlakhuren recites the traditional story of "My Children's Food," which tells the story of a cockroach eating the baby's food and the chain of events that follow. The story has been written and illustrated in a book by Sumshot Khular, Tony Khular of Thamlakhuren and Sankhil Moses of Thamlapokpi. It was written with the help of literacy experts at the Summer Institute of Linguistics.

Mr. Karma Wangdi describes the Bon ritual ceremonies used to appease Tshong Tshongma. This is a very important deity in eastern Bhutan, especially to the people in its vicinity. People bow three times and give offerings. When someone is seriously ill near Tshong Tshongma, they would sacrifice an ox as an offering.
