Dhanada discusses her background and training, then breaks down the basic concepts of Ayurveda. Later in the conversation, she explains Vedic Astrology and the differences between Ayurvedic medicine and Western medicine. Dhanada also talks with Susan about her positive experiences teaching OLLI at UNT members.
