Mr. Crout explains that the candidates will have 15 minutes screening, three minutes for general statements and twelve minutes for general questioning; candidates include Roy Williams, Ronnie Le Rouge, Marvin Steakley, Irene Young, Lori Palmer, Bill McCalpin, Dallas Jackson, and Verna Thomas.
