The composition is a meditative work based on the cantability of basic instrumental materials - fragments of melodic and harmonic structures of a cello part - transformed by the vocoder, the digital sound processor, the equalizer, and so on. It clearly shows the author's desire to establish a relationship between these "thematic materials" ostentatious timpani and dynamising structures synthetically created.

Recording of Elzbieta Sikora's Janek Wisniewski. The name of this work comes from the Polish ballade that was written to honor a young worker who was killed by the militia in the 1970's. This work was inspired by the fight for worker and domestic rights during that time.

This concertino was commissioned by Belgrade Radio and was also composed in Belgrade and is dedicated to Paul Pignon. The saxophone part at the beginning of the piece is composed quite precisely which means that we have to play everything as if it's written down. Later the sound material becomes only half sketched in note which will mean that the performer will have to rhythm, phrase and modulate dynamically. In the end there is only a text program, which is necessary, what can happen eventually and what is forbidden. With the help of which the performer must achieve a freely improvised rhythm and virtuosity. The sound material that on the tape an electronic accompaniment was produced with 10 oscillators and 45 clarinet sounds, its various groups at once together were modulated in different ways with many electronic means.

Audio cassette from The Black Academy of Arts and Letters recorded during a session with gospel singer Tommie Stewart in June of 1982. The tape incudes two tracks of well recorded audio. The first track is a dramatic spoken word poem "For My People" that touches on the topics of slavery and civil rights. The second track is Tommie Stewart speaking to Curtis King about an upcoming performance with a dance company.

Audio cassette from The Black Academy of Arts and Letters recorded during a KERA radio interview lead by Nancy Lamb of choral conductor Dr. Eva Jessye in April of 1982. The tape includes one track of very clear audio between the two women. The topic of the interview centers on Jessyes' career of breaking into a predomintaly male industry. Dr. Eva Jessye was the first black woman to receive international distinction as a professional choral conductor. She is notable as a choral conductor during the Harlem Renaissance.

This audio recording documents the narrator's recollections of a Christmas Eve dinner spent with his neighbor, Lucy Mai Robinson, at the Fairmont Apartments in Nashville, Tennessee. During the dinner, Ms. Robinson recalls events in her life, including a brutal attack. The recording includes the narrator reacting to Christmas carols, radio advertisements, and Ms. Robinson stories.

Audio cassette from The Black Academy of Arts and Letters recorded during a meeting on July 6th, 1981 lead by Curtis King for planning the September gala for the following season. The tape is primarily intelligible minus moments of Curtis Kings voice voice coming through static.
