Interviews with Weldon Hart, a public relations executive and executive director of the Texas Good Roads Association. White speaks of his his thirty-year career with the U.S. Conciliation Service and the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, as well as his early boyhood employment with International Harvester Company.
