The North Central Corridor runs from the Dallas Central Business District north to Park Lane, but this document only addresses environmental concerns north of Mockingbird Station. No significant impacts were anticipated.

This report did not anticipate any significant impacts. This report was concluded before the final location of the stations were approved. Therefore, this document includes assessments on the impact of various optioned locations.

This environmental report was prepared to assess the potential environmental impacts, as well as mitigating measures, of the locally preferred alternative (LPA) design for the South Oak Cliff Corridor light rail transit (LRT) line. These anticipated consequences are also compared against those of alternative designs and of a baseline "no-build alternative." The document also addresses concerns raised during the 45-day public comment period following the release of an earlier environmental assessment.
