Copy of an order from Viceroy Venegas saying that criminal causes should be expedited as much as possible. The document refers to multiple dates ranging from August 1811 to October 1812, mentioning Ferdinand VII, and other royal orders.

Announcement from José Francisco de la Garza saying that Dolores del Rivero gives power of attorney to her brother, Vicente del Rivero. The document is signed at the bottom by numerous individuals.

Message from Juan Echeandía to José María Tovar, alcalde in Laredo, returning juridical case and appoints defender. The document is signed by Echeandía and the recipient's name is written in the bottom left corner of the page.

Message from Manuel de Iturbe to officials in towns and villas saying that he is sending a viceregal communication concerning recent events, encouraging loyalty. The document is signed by local authorities acknowledging that they received and passed on the message from de Iturbe.

Letter from José María Echeagaray to an alcalde in Laredo responding to a report concerning a recent Indian raid. The governor exhorts caution, and says that parents must keep their children within the village.

Message from José Antonio Benites to a Laredo alcalde saying that José Rafael Treviño wants his servant and horse back. According to the agreement the servant left under pretext of bringing his wife.

Message from José Antonio Benites to Francisco de la Garza, alcalde in Laredo, saying that Francesca Gutiérrez wants her servant back. According to the story, her servant, Alejandra Rodríguez fled as she owed a debt.

Announcement from Viceroy Calleja with changes in taxes on commercial shipping. The bottom of the document has a short paragraph from Juan de Juanicotena, saying where the message was sent to within Nuevo Santander such as Laredo, Reynosa, Camargo, etc.

List of decrees promulgated by the Cortes de Cádiz during the year 1812 up to October 27. The decrees are listed out in chronological order and cover many topics: use the royal standard; negroes may be admitted to schools and ecclesiastical studies; employees cease to be so when the job is declared finished; a town in given the title of "noble and loyal city"; and hanging is replaced by strangling for criminals sentenced to death.

Two documents with messages from Juan Vicente de Arce and Manuel de Iturbe. The documents contain information regarding the insurrection, activities in Aguascalientes, Guanajuato, and Querétaro. The second document is a copy by de Iturbe of a letter from de Arce, as well as an accompanying letter from de Iturbe.

Message from Manuel de Iturbe to local Spanish officials with orders for the arrest of several individuals who were causing troubles in the province. According to the document two escaped soldiers are among the troubled group; the document is signed by officials acknowledging their having received the notice from de Iturbe.
