Last will and testament for José Antonio de la Peña, signed and acknowledged by multiple local authorities. There is a short note written at the top of the document signed by José Lázaro Benavides.

Two messages to Captain Manuel García, one from Antonio Cordero y Bustamente and José Antonio Benavides. The first message from Cordero says that the village of Palofax will have a captain and 50 soldiers to defend it; Benavides acknowledges this in the second message.

Two documents with correspondence between Tomás García Davila and Juan José Llanos. García calls for witnesses to appear, and orders are given for them to appear for the inquiry.

Letter from Santiago Vedia to José Ramón Díaz de Bustamente advising him that the man sent to get the horses stolen by Bartolomé Salinas has found them. The document is badly stained and is covered by pieces of tape along its edges, as well as large tears.

Two documents from Manuel de Iturbe, Governor of Nuevo Santander, to Spanish justicias and captains, saying that he is sending official documents from the king and criminal court. Both documents are signed and acknowledged by local Spanish officials in towns and villas such as Laredo, Mier, Refugio, Camargo, etc.

Message from Manuel de Iturbe to Spanish officials with orders from Spain to prevent contact of citizens with Louisiana. According to de Iturbe the orders also serve to warn Spanish officials against English designs on the northern territory as well as the activities of General Wilkinson. Spanish justicias acknowledge the message by signing their names and dating when it was received.
