They got a postal card from Jack Wallace that Bettie and Sissie wee going to visit them. Mrs. Cinthy left back home and would return again to finished Matilda's quilt. All of her chicks have died but 3. She sold 3 1/2 pounds of butter last week. The heifer has not been producing a lot of milk until recently. She ask them to write soon.

She is going to see Mrs. Ellis who is not doing well. Nicy Blackamare married a Mr. Hassell. She comments on John Brown, Henry A. Wise, Mrs. Nation and prohibition.
