Beginning at the elbow, a flared V-shaped inset forms a mock outer sleeve while the actual sleeve tapers to the wrist. The wrists are slit and secured with a single snap. Natural waist seam with belt loops at the side seams. The belt is missing. Below knee length. Pieced, bias cut flared skirt. Narrow turned hem. Unlined. No opening.
