The problem of this study was twofold: first, to determine what personal and social characteristics of normal American preadolescent children are revealed in research studies completed since 1950; and, second, to integrate this research into a pattern from which implications could be drawn for use by persons who work with preadolescents.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of segregation on the flexibility of individuals in the Negro and Anglo-American ethnic groups and to investigate the relationship between variations in flexibility and sociometric choices within the peer group.

The problem of this study was to determine the relationship between guilt and anxiety as well as the relationship of these factors to certain psychological and sociological variables. The problem of this study was to isolate some of the characteristics of tenth-grade girls which may lead to early marriage. This study aims to select and classify those buildings in the Texas Centennial Exposition containing exhibits possessing educational significance for junior high school social studies students.
