This volume contains the full documentation for the regular session, as well as the first and second called sessions of the Texas House of Representatives. This includes the proceedings of the House of Representatives (legislation, reports, discussions, votes, and points-of-order) as well as the appendix information (the history of bills and resolutions passed by the Texas House of Representatives and the Senate and information about the authors of legislation). Pagination starts over at the end of the regular session and again at the end of the first called session. The index for volumes 1, 2 and 3 begins on page 5199.
