The study theme for the year was "Art, Sight, and Insight." Events of the Art Unit, Abilene Fine Arts Museum, Creative Arts Club and local schools are included.

This scrapbook is devoted exclusively to events related to American Art Week in Texas with an emphasis on Abilene. The first section includes several pages of postcards of Abilene. Ribbons for art awards for American Art Week art shows and clippings about the week are included.
