Bust portrait photograph of an elder woman identified as Louise Petersen. She wears cat-eye glasses, a pearl necklace and matching earring, and a lightweight, dark-colored jacket. Her hair is coiffed upwards and parted on the left. Accompanying information states that, "Mrs. Verner Petersen, nee Louise Olson, a native of Danevang, was the organist in Danevang Lutheran Church, continually [during] 1950-1964. Mrs. Petersen was instrumental in acquiring a teacher of organ music, Mr. Anthony Rahe of Houston, Texas, to come to Danevang once a week over a period of time to give lessons to herself and her young assistants - Jeanne Swendsen, Elsie Swendsen, and Wanda Swendsen - who were all students in El Campo High School."

Includes biographical information for the deceased and the lyrics to the hymn "How Great Thou Art" printed on a separate sheet. Smith is a veteran of both World War II and the Vietnam War, and he lived from February 16, 1922 to March 6, 2011.
