Editorial from the February 21, 1961 issue of The Baptist Standard, detailing what happened during the hearing on House Joint Resolution 4 and asking that people contact their representatives to oppose the bill. There is a pre-printed letter on the editorial for one to sign and fill in their representative; it is signed by L. Etna Carr and addressed to Truett Latimer. The other side of the paper contains an article titled 'Safeguards Against Secularization'.
