Wallace states that Campbell added to his original report that he had known Jack Ruby for about 5 years, did not see him in the basement of City Hall prior to the shooting, and did not know how he entered the basement. He also stated that he had not been interviewed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Statement by L. E. Jez concerning the murder of Lee Harvey Oswald. Jez states that he was assigned to work traffic at Commerce and Harwood at approximately 11:00 a. m. and did not return to the City Hall basement prior to the shooting. He states that he met Jack Ruby three years before and had last seen him a month ago at the Carousel Club, but did not see him in or near the City Hall prior to the shooting.

Office memorandum addressed to Jack Revill. The memo, which was written by R. W. Westphal, states that R. E. Carlton was interviewed regarding Mrs. Brownie T. Elfenbein's loyalty to the United States.

Report to Chief J. E. Curry by George Butler regarding his assignments and the murder of Lee Harvey Oswald. Butler states that he was asked to report to the City Hall basement on the morning of November 24, 1963. He states that he searched an armored car that was partially backed up onto the basement ramp and found nothing. Then an unmarked police car parked near the jail door entrance and the surrounding crowd began to get excited because Oswald was in sight. Butler states that after the police car drove up he heard a gunshot.

Cornwall states that Capps was interviewed as to any information he may not have covered in his original report. Capps added that he allowed two men dressed in civilian clothing to pass his place of assignment. He stated they were both identified as officers, although one had left his identification at home.

Wallace states that Harrison was interviewed as to any additional information he may not have included in his original report. Harrison added details about his position prior to the shooting, and stated that he had known Jack Ruby for several years and immediately recognized him. He also stated that he had been talked to by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Report to Chief J. E. Curry by C. C. Wallace concerning an interview with W. J. Cutchsaw. Wallace states that Cutchshaw was interviewed about possible additional information not included in his original report, but that he stated the information was essentially the same. Cutchshaw also stated that he had met Jack Ruby before but did not recognize him by sight, and that he did not see him in the City Hall prior to the shooting. He was interviewed in the Juvenile Bureau by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Report to Chief J. E. Curry by F. I. Cornwall concerning an interview with Reserve Officer and Patrolman Jimmy D. Brockway. Cornwall states that Brockway was interviewed for possible discrepancies in his original report, and that the only one found was that he reported to duty at approximately 11:10 a. m. instead of 11:25 a. m. Brockway further stated in his interview that when he entered the Police and Courts Building through the basement doors that there was no one on duty, except for a Reserve Officer outside.
