Report to Chief J. E. Curry by George Butler regarding his assignments and the murder of Lee Harvey Oswald. Butler states that he was asked to report to the City Hall basement on the morning of November 24, 1963. He states that he searched an armored car that was partially backed up onto the basement ramp and found nothing. Then an unmarked police car parked near the jail door entrance and the surrounding crowd began to get excited because Oswald was in sight. Butler states that after the police car drove up he heard a gunshot.
