Davis advises Carswell that they are making a move on June 8 to get war time prohibition on the July Primary ballot and warns to keep mum until it is presented to the Democratic Committee. The reverse side includes a list of names handwritten by Carswell: Col. Finch, Maj. Bolling, W. Skinner.
