Murray. December 18 was proclaimed "Toys for Tots" Day, as part of the rifle company's program for underprivileged children. The theater owners will admit children to special movies that day, with the admission fee to be one toy. On hand as the governor signed the proclamation were, from left, R. Lewis Barton, Hubert Huddleston, Gov. Murray, Dean Davis, Sgt. John Pack, 8th rifle co., and Gordon Leonard."
